The location of the hotel was perfect as it links to the train station (google map directions failed). Breakfast spread was very good and scenic as the restaurant was located at 15th storey. 👍

Great location & service all staff of front office & breakfast at high floor "R". Good sleep with comfortable mattress. But the coffee maker is not clean. There is still water in the water container.

i really enjoyed my time in the Hotel. The room was big and everything was very clean and modern. The sauna was totally empty so I enjoyed the facilities! Also the rooms were very soundproof , I didn’t hear anything from the outside.

We booked a room with kingsize bed, unfortunately when we entered the room it was a twin bed. Highest compliment to check in staff who handled the matter nicely. No room exchange was possible as the hotel was fully booked, but house keeping will put the bed together and on top double topper. We had a great time at Atlantic, in sauna as well as restaurant and hotel bar. From the balcony of the bar we were able to enjoy the fireworks at Heidelberg‘s old bridge. We will always come back.

The hotel is well located, new, modern. The room is very clean, big enough and very beautiful design furniture.
I did not try SPA and fitness center but they look very good.

One of the toiletries was given with broken seal,it has been used.and bed had some dirt found.

Breakfast: Amazing food, view from breakfast was the highlight
Room: Stayed for several nights, had sparkling water free bottle for first day, but water was not provided for the remaining days. I ended up boiling water with the coffee machine and had water with coffee taste for those days, because there were no kettles. If you like coffee, this would perfect though. Overall, would still highly recommend the hotel despite the "coffee water".
Noise: Very quiet and peaceful. I noted some comments said it was loud, but I couldn't hear any train sound. Great for business trip.
